<span class="highlight">Legions</span> that fell together, fused in death, are waiting to rise and serve again. 

Some Oathbound were buried too tightly together so that their essences fused into a single legion. To bring those back requires tremendous power.

The High Legions were Aurelia's best soldiers, they were often buried together where they fell. To bring their essence back into the fused bones of the Oathbound was the ultimate achievement of the Necromancers.
